Hi friends! How is everyone’s week feeling? I’m on yet another flight over here :D Heading to Aspen and hoping to actually get some skiing in (last time we were there, we had little to no snow). I’m really trying to get good at skiing — and as I’ve shared on here before, learning to ski in your 30s is not for the faint of heart. But when you don’t quite have the skills yet, it’s nice to focus on the outfit. Here are some of my top ski picks for anyone with an upcoming trip:

I also wanted to share a few discoveries I had this week that I thought you guys would enjoy:

  • Ramen Ishida — An amazing ramen spot in Chelsea that I stumbled upon one night after going to Bathhouse with my husband. We walked in, sat right away, and had such a great meal. One one of those random finds that ends up being a 10/10.

  • Isle of Monday — A new vintage rental store I discovered! It’s essentially Rent the Runway for vintage, and I am very here for it. I picked up a few pieces for my trip (including some Gucci pants) that I can’t wait to show you guys.

  • Christopher Gavigan — A serial entrepreneur in the health & wellness space and someone who really expands me. He just joined Substack, and I’m excited to deep dive into his posts. I really admire his lifestyle and the way he shares about life transitions.

  • Rock Star Crystals — An INCREDIBLE hidden gem (no pun intended) in Chelsea. I picked up several new crystals, candles, and palo santo for my apartment and was so impressed by their selection, price point, and overall vibe. It just feels good in there.

This week, I posted a story with my Oura Ring sleep score on it, and I was honestly shocked by the response I got from you all. My big takeaway: most people are not sleeping well. And while I’m someone who tends to run anxious, struggles to fully relax, all the things… my ability to sleep well is both off-brand and something I’m really proud of. It’s a recipe I’ve refined over time — and I really believe that if you follow it step by step, you can improve your sleep pretty quickly. Not just total hours (I know a lot of us are up early, have kids, etc.), but the quality of those hours.

Most days look like this for me and I am super proud of it — here’s how you can do it, too:
