This ChatGPT Blueprint Will Change Your Life
How AI is reshaping my relationship with myself, my marriage, my career, and the way I care for my body and mind
Hiiii everyone! It’s been an enormous week over here, and I’m really jazzed about this post because my goodness have I discovered some valuable, life-changing insights since we last chatted. These are going to help you all majorly, and I am so pumped about it. I just got back from Miami last night, where I was for a speaking engagement at the Wellness Oasis conference. Nicole Sachs and I teamed up for a talk about mind-body medicine and how her tool, JournalSpeak, is the key to healing chronic symptoms caused by emotions. It was truly such a full-circle moment for me: almost exactly two years ago, I was in Miami for New Year’s Eve at my rock bottom — and that was when I discovered Nicole Sachs’ work. I started her course, downloaded her book, and began JournalSpeaking. And to think that just two years later, I am not only entirely chronic-pain-free, but also standing alongside Nicole on stage (in Miami, no less!!) speaking about the life-changing power of her work… wow. Totally emotional for me. If that’s not proof that manifestation works, I don’t know what is! Anyway, that was super exciting and nerve-wracking (I was a MESS of nerves beforehand), but both Nicole and Jared (who runs Wellness Oasis) separately gave me advice before going on stage that really stuck — it is, quite literally, not about me. It’s about the audience. It’s about you guys. And while I was a ball of nerves, worried about tripping over my words or forgetting what to say (again, all about me), that is not why I’m doing what I’m doing. I think we can all apply this reframe to our worries — no one is as focused on you as you think they are. Anyway, today is moving day (we are finally moving into our new place after about three weeks in a temporary apartment), and I’m sitting at my new desk, in my new little office, typing this. I am just so jazzed about the start of our new home, having this new space to create from, and what I’m about to share with you all.
This was right before I gave my talk (blacked out from nerves :D). I truly believe in dressing the part — I personally need to feel amazing in whatever it is I’m wearing for anything big like this. I felt great in this set — linking it here (I’m wearing XS in both pieces, it’s TTS). It’s comfortable, chic and put together and that’s a combo I can always get down with.
